This bride has an ethereal beauty that my shutter button just LOVED! We took these at Magnolia Ridge, a gorgeous place just outside of Opelousas right around sunset and I couldn't be more thrilled with these photographs!

Playing catch-up after the holidays!

I hope everyone had a fabulous last couple of weeks and that you've spent your holidays with loved ones! I must confess that the Christmas rush has set me back quite a lot and though I have been missing from here, I have tons of material to cover. I want to start with this gorgeous set of siblings. They are my little models :)

Baton Rouge Family Photographer - Beautiful Mother and Son

The day was cool by Louisiana standards, the light was perfect and the subjects were gorgeous. What more can a photographer ask for. We ventured out to the New State Capitol grounds that afternoon and found a veritable playground for a 6 year old. It took about an hour of climbing trees and running through "mazes" to tire out this energetic boy. Gotta say, a part of me was wishing I could join him :)

Baton Rouge Child Photography - Handsome Sam

We took this set at LSU. It's definitely one of my favorite places to shoot. It's a gorgeous campus with lots of variety. Sam was turning the big One and he was an adorable trip! Big eyes, long lashes, easy disposition and a smile that'll melt your heart. What fun!
